THE TRIMMING MACHINE

This time-saving device was designed in order to increase sewing quality for any garments which, due to manufacturing constraints, are connected to other garments by sewing machine generated threads. This applies in particular to scarves and other accessories.

This semi-automated device can be provided with a single or double head cutter. Polyester threads are trimmed both by pressure and thermal fusion, therefore the seam remains closed, preventing any risk of it coming undone even after many washes.

This machine can have many different shapes, based on customers’ needs and on the type of item it will be used for.
